- able to provide a comprehensive medical report
What you should do: - Complete the Assessment Questionnaire online, or in person at our facility
- Submit a copy of applicant's identity document
- Submit a comprehensive medical report
Following this an interview will be arranged to assess and discuss your application and potential fees to ensure the services offered by Beit Rafqa are in line with his/her needs. The entire application process is usually completed within 5 working days from receiving the medical report. |
